    Okay, us lot in the UK call it fell running and we can probably trace its history back to when we chased dinosaurs up hills, but as the sport becomes evermore global (next year’s Mountain Trophy will now be known as the World Mountain Running Championships) we at MST are going to nail our flag to the mast of the World.
