From the heat of Skyrunning battles, to the depths of XC cold, from the loneliness of long distance record runs, to the grass roots of fell and dale, MST likes to represent all aspects of off-road running…
And with this in mind we would like to point you in the direction of the Kendal Winter League. Running from early Jan to late March, the series takes in such classic terrain as Sedbergh and Langdale. Points are given to competitors for their best 7 of the 11 races with prizes to be awarded at the end of the season.
So as the Helm Hill Runners site says “sharpen those studs” and keep that fitness and enthusiasm high, the fell season proper is only round the corner!
