Ethiopia scoop the big prize at Obudu

At the 4th African Mountain Running Championships last weekend, Ethiopians Etenesh Diro Neda and Abebe Dinkesa took home a whopping $50,000 dollars each as they won the women’s and men’s races respectively…

Ethiopian runners took 4 gold medals (plus 1 silver and 2 bronze) at the Championships held on 17th November in Nigeria. Also in the medal table were Uganda with 2 silver medals (one individual and one team in the men’s race) and Nigeria with a silver medal in the women’s team race
