Ryan Sandes in Antarctica

South African ultra-man Ryan Sandes has just won the Last Desert race in Antarctica. By winning the race Sandes becomes the first person to win all four of the Desert series, having previously won the Sahara, Atacama and Gobi races…

20:30, 23 November 2010, Dorian Bay, Stage 4: 54 competitors have successfully completed Stage 4, the final stage of The Last Desert (Antarctica) 2010. Ryan Sandes held onto the lead from the beginning to the end, finishing on a day with many records.
