Weekend round-up...
Along with great racing previously reported at Lad’s Leap and the Sticky Toffee Trail Races, some cracking hill action was also to be found over on the Isle of Man at the Glen Mona race and at Chapelgill up in Scotland…
Tom Cringle and Kate Burge were the winners at Glen Mona, with full results here and a an exciting little ‘fly by’ race film by Peter Bradley on the Manx Fell Runners page.
On the UK mainland its was the swift Chapelgill Race near Glenholm in Scotland, with Shettleston’s Matt Sullivan winning by over two mins in 21.12 from Alan Smith and John Hammond.
Carnethy’s Charlotte Morgan finished a fantastic 5th overall to take the women’s race in a quick time of 24.17. Results and images via this SHR link with further images here.
