US XC Champs
Thanks to @joegeezi Joe Gray for the heads-up that this weekend sees the USATF Cross Country Championships in St. Louis – acting as the selection race for the 2012 North America, Central American, & Caribbean (NACAC) Cross Country Championships…
The men’s line-up shows the likes of US mountain runner Gray and three-time winner ** Dathan ‘Ritz’ Ritzenhein, with full men’s and women’s line ups online here. ** According to his blog Ritzenhein will now not start the race.
Saturday’s racing will be party to a live stream webcast of the event via Runner Space, with the women’s 8km event going off at 1.15pm local time and the men’s 12km race off at 2pm.

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
