A glut of snazzy running gear has arrived at the MST lounge this week for some hardcore testing over the coming season. Brooks have delivered their all new Green Silence shoe, designed for the flat lands, and isn’t even out yet – so we’ve got some fresh produce…

Craft have sent us a range of cold weather gear including Olympia L/S crewneck base layers, Pro compression socks, Craft thermal hat and Olympia gloves. And inov-8 are keeping us hydrated with their range of race and day packs – including the super-light Race Pro 12.

About MST

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
