UTMB recognises UTSW

Top coastal events co. Endurance Life have announced that their new ultra-trail event the UTSW will be a qualifier for the UTMB in 2013 – giving finishers 4 of the 5 points that they need to be considered for the big French event…
The Ultra-Trail South West has been officially recognised as a qualifying event for the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc (UTMB). Successful completion of the 60 mile category qualifies for 3 points, and the 100 mile category secures 4 (the maximum for a single qualifying event).

Sounds like a fantastic event, but you need a minimum of 5 points to even enter the UTMB lottery these days, so saying “the full 4 points that they need to be considered” is a little misleading.
