Taggart and Adams at Ingleborough
Lloyd Taggart (running at the Snowdon International as an open runner next weekend) warmed-up by winning yesterday’s fast Ingleborough race, part of the Ingelton Gala in North Yorkshire.
Lizzie Adams won the women’s race on the straight forward out and back course which, is only steep and technical for the highest third of the race – the rest of the course fast running on wide tracks.
