Ali out on the fells

Former top fell runner Ali Bramall knows what it takes to run long days on the hills and fells. As a former winner of the OMM (KIMM) Ali also understands the hills and what it takes to enjoy and remain safe on them. She has just announced a great new fell skills course, aimed at women specifically…

Ali explains:

I’ve created a very unique programme for women who want to learn how to increase their enjoyment of being in the fells and be safe at the same time. The programme dates are 15th – 18th July and 22nd – 25th October.

Running up and down some of the most hilly and rugged terrain this country has to offer might sound extreme but actually fell running need not only be for the hardened athlete. We are giving away a free spot on a women’s beginner’s course set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

And up until the 15th of June you could be the lucky winner of a place on the course, via the Sportsister site...
