This weekend...
Some great weather is forecast once again for the UK this weekend, meaning fast (and hot) competition across the fells, hills and mountains. The excellent Ras y Moelwyn catches the eye over in Wales, with a strong field expected as ever…
Also in Wales is the Ras Mynydd Swtan and on the borders Offars Orror. Full info on the WFRA events page.
In England the Coledale Horseshoe takes place nr Braithwaite, with 3000ft of climbing in its 9 miles.
There is plenty going on in Scotland with some great long and short distance racing. The two-day Highlander MM takes place nr Ullapool, the short and sharp Hunters Bog Trot is on Saturday, and the Screel race goes ahead nr Castle Douglas on Saturday too.
