The premier UK cross country race series, the McCain Cross Challenge, arrives Cardiff this weekend. GB internationals Jessica Sparke and Andy Vernon are in great form and should start as favourites as the series comes to the Principality on Sunday (17 Jan)…

This weekend’s cross country action will focus on the Blackweir Fields venue in Cardiff as round three of the McCain Cross Challenge leaps into action. The event, which promises to be a festival of running, incorporates Schools Invitation Races as well as an Inter Area Match
