    18 year-old Deeside athlete Robbie Simpson easily beat the Druim Fada hill race course record near Fort William, on Sunday. The Banchory runner covered the 6.5-mile course, with 1,200ft of elevation in 42:57. Read more…

    The last of the summer sun was setting in the west as the runners stood atop the east cairn of Caerketton on a perfect evening for the eighth running of the Caerketton Doonhiller. What lay ahead for the 29 runners was a 1.8km plunge down the hillside, a vertical drop of 300m. Read more…
