    African dominance is to be checked - through administration

    A report in this week’s Athletics Weekly says that the IAAF will create a bi-annual staging of the World Cross-Country Championships due to the of dominance from east Africa, coupled with a fall in sponsorship revenues and dropping European TV audiences. Read more…

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
