Anton aims "to get to a summit of some type every day"...
Anton Krupicka
In a superb interview with top US ultra-trail and mountain man Anton Krupicka, Advendure open-up Tony about FKT’s, injuries, minimalism and generally what motivates him to get up into the mountains, and just run!
In the extensive article the Boulder runner talks about his general focus being “more on tagging peaks and enjoying the climb and descent along the way, not necessarily getting out for a particular workout.”
And goes on to say how he has “ a personal style and ethic to how I approach mountains and life in general, but I would hate to think that me simply living my life has become perceived as some sort of evangelism or proselytization. I am happy to serve as inspiration for others but I sincerely hope that at no time does anyone think that I know the best way to do something.” Fascinating stuff…
