Salomon 5 Continents: SA
One of the most beautiful countries in the world recently hosted the Table Mountain Challenge, a 37km trip on and around one the most iconic mountain landscapes in the world. Kilian J, Frosty and home-towner Ryan Sandes were there too.
The Salomon trio, along with team boss Greg Vollet, landed in South Africa for the next leg in their 5 Continent visitation in 2011, as Kilian attempts to not only win big trail races on all 5 zones, but also engage with the communities and learn a little more about global trail running.
Oh, and you even get to Frosty hug a chicken!

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
