The trials of life...
Orlando Edwards at the UKA Euro Trial race 2011
Today sees many a top UK mountain runner line-up to battle it out for the berths at this year’s European MR Champs, taking place in Turkey in just over a month’s time. Be interesting to see if the likes of Steve Vernon show up, with it being an up and down race…
It’s all entries on the day, with race registration at Sedbergh People’s Hall from 10 a.m., so very difficult to know who will be there moving and shaking. Runners who could and should figure in Sedbergh though include Orlando Edwards, Tom Cornthwaite, Mary Wilkinson, Chris Smith, Lizzie Adams, Adam Osbourne, Nick Swinburn, Sarah Tunstall and Emma Clayton- all part of the very successful World and Euro campaign in 2011.
It was a team bronze for GB at the World's last year
Tweets from race co-ordinator Mark Johnston will be pushed around as he sends them.
