Talk Ultra goes live
Following on from the highly-successfuil Marathon Talk a new podcast has been launched on the same platform aimed at the longer-distance runner. Talk Ultra is hosted by top US-based Brit ultra runner Ian Sharman and Ian Corless, a veteran of the ultra scene…
Episode 1 is a full 97 mins long and is packed with race features, an excellent interview with top South African Ryan Sandes, a competition to win some Hoka One One shoes and a review of the 2011 and a look a head to 2012.

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
