Andy Vernon - having a great season

As previewed on Friday the pre-race favourites dominated across senior and age-group races at Saturday’s English National XC champs. Both Steph Twell and Andy Vernon ran away with the senior crowns…

Nick Goolab, Emelia Gorecka and Rich Goodman were amongst the other winners on the day. Full report from Athletics Weekly is now online…
