The kids were alright last weekend at the McCain Gateshead International XC races. Thanks to top local news outlet ChronicleLive.co.uk and their intrepid hack Bill McGuirk we also have some excellent in-depth races reviews too…
The Riverside Bowl, with its twists and turns and numerous inclines, has to be mastered – and for many junior athletes who travelled to the Tyneside venue for the McCain Gateshead Cross-Country fixture it was an experience to relish.
