Tsegai Tewelde - fastest man of the day

There was a sense of déjà vu at Saturday’s Scottish National Cross Country Relay Championships, Central AC dominated the senior women’s race from start to finish as they did 12 months ago; Shettleston’s men came out on top in both junior and senior events
