This weekend sees runners go uphill all over England. From Hereford to Dufton to Guisborough. Next weekend (6 – 7 March) sees a huge amount of racing on the calendar, so people will either be honing their form or saving themselves. Roaches - good clean fun...

Seems a good time was head by all if the forum comments and the race photos at Sunday’s Roaches 15 mile race are anything to go by! The lengthy race (for this time of the year) saw victory going to Horwich man James Kevan. In the women’s race Dark Peak’s Karen Davison had a stormer, coming 16th overall and winning her class by a massive 15 minutes… Read more…
