A bit of snow didn’t put off the hardy Welsh Athletics organisation last Sunday as round 4 of the 2012/2013 McCain Cross Challenge series hit a wintery Cardiff. XC big-hitters Andy Vernon and Louise Damen showed up and duly took the senior honours…
