If like us you miss ex-pat GB fell runner Andy Symonds, who now resides with his young family in southern France, Ian Corless and the Talk Ultra platform have recorded an excellent interview with the Kendal and Carnegie runner…

It has been a big year for the Symonds family, with brother Joe taking the British Fell title added to Andy taking some great wins in France, plus that superb second place at Transvulcania earlier in the year.

This great in-depth interview on episode 21 of the Talk Ultra show delves deep into Andy’s year, his past glories and his thoughts on ultra and mountain running.
