When a runner of Kilian Jornet’s status announces he is to set-out on one of the ‘greatest projects of my life’, you know it’ll be special. For a runner who has set new standards in trail and mountain running we wonder what a new challenge would entail…

    Not at all intriguing… At a guess, records on Mt Blanc, Matterhorn, Aconcagua, Denali, Everest, Vinson etc etc etc

    Jack, that’s too easy. It’s all the mountain stages of the Tours of Spain, Tours of France, and the Italian Giros, back to back, and carrying a bike.

    Nice thought but no, sorry, that sounds way to easy for our modern day Ultra-Running Hercules… It’s gotta be the Seven Summits, unsupported and back to back, clad only in a skin-tight white leotard and S-Lab Slippers, sailing single-handed between continents and riding a unicycle to the base of each peak…
