Some great racing in the superb Autumn conditions this weekend, with Prasad Prasad (Tinto) , Sarah Ridgway (Wadsworth Half Trog), Ifan Richards (Rhobell Fawr) and Tom Addison (Dunnerdale) amongst the winners…
Fell Running Briefs was in the thick of the action much by day and by night, with some excellent coverage of the Wadsworth and Dunnerdale races and the FRA dinner on Saturday night.

Down in Wales Ifan Richards continued his comeback trail after his summer injury issues with a win at his ‘local’ race by over 2 minutes from Martin Cliffe. Andrea Rowlands won the women’s race.
