Glenmore 24 - only for the hardcore!
The Glenmore 24 hour Trail Race took place this last weekend in the beautiful Cairngorms National Park, just outside of Aviemore. The weather looked pretty good, and post-race feedback was of a great event.
In the 24 Hr race Jeroen Renes ran 124 miles in 23:39:35, with Mimi Anderson storming to 112 miles in the womens race.
Results of the 12 hr here, with the 24 results here, along with some nice images on their Facebook page…

Thanks very much for the mention. Everyone who ran put in some incredible performances and there were some fantastic distances logged to. So if you fancy trying to beat them, keep your diary free for the 1st September 2012!
