Kick-off 2011 - in Nepal!
“2011.01.01. Save the date for your diary. The 5th Annapurna ultra will be back, bigger and better than ever before. This time there will be 50km, 70km and 100km races.” So says the Trail Running Nepal site in support of this excellent event on the ceiling of the world…

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
