A champion's preparation
The 2010 Western States 100 is now just hours away, and we are told that there is huge anticipation for this years race. Apart from the fact that it is probably the biggest ultra trail race in the US, a certainly young ultra trail running star has also made the trip.
Kilian Jornet has made waves in the trail ocean for some years now and would have gained large presence in the US trail running fraternity’s psyche after his amazing record breaking run on the Tahoe Rim trail last year.
Kilian is a guy who leaves no stone unturned on the trail to success and this set of shots just underline that, as they catalogue the type of non-running preparation that he embarks upon to win this great event.
