Jez strides out in Yosemite

Top ultra man Jez Bragg has had a frustrating 2010 so far. After a an excellent 2009, which saw him take a superb third place at the Western States 100 in the US, a stress fracture to his heel has seriously hampered his running this year…

Still, it appears that running’s loss has been cycling and swimming’s gain, as Jez has been forced into none weight bearing activity to keep his fitness levels up. Question here: could we be looking at a future Ironman!?

The good news is it seems that he is back on his running feet and enjoying the UK fells and trails once again, completing a long-one this last weekend in the Highlands, as he prepares for this year’s UTMB.
