Farah and Freya head GB team for Poland
The UKA selectors have announced their selections for the forthcoming World XC champs in Bydgoszcz on the 28th March. Interestingly the powers-that-be have deemed that only 4 men are worthy of the trip…
Trials winner Mo Farah leads Mike Skinner, Andy Vernon and James Wilkinson into battle with the East African contingent who are sure to dominate. Freya Murray will look to carry her current form forward, and along with Hayley Yelling-Higham and Steph Twell the GB&NI girls have as strong a team as at anytime in the last few years.
