MST heads for the hills!
Well Mt. Ventoux anyway. We are happy guests at the 2010 Salomon Advance Week, here in Bedoin, France. Advance what? Advance Week is the time of year when Salomon athletes, product people and journalists come together for a look into the future!
Advance warning too that updates and news from the off-road world may be a little spasmodic this next few days as I am engrossed in prototype shoe and kit testing, training in the Ventoux region and philosophising with the likes of Jonathan Wyatt, Kilain Jornet, Thomas Lorblanchet and Anna Frost. Could be worse huh!
I’ll be hopefully bringing you some inside views, news and some sneak peeks over the next 2-3 days, and to kick things off a 1.5 hour run was endured by yours truly and the 2009 winners of the Trans Alpine Run (Andy Symonds), the Zegama Sky Race (Ricky Lightfoot) and the Everest Marathon (Anna ‘Frosty’ Frost) this morning – third lung was needed, but I made it in one piece.
