Keep on Running with the Gripmaster...
Yet another exuberant film from the Gripmaster – this time at the 3 stages of the October 2009 edition of Keep on Running at St. Wendal. The event saw a 3km prologue through the town centre followed by two fast and muddy stages in the forests around St.Wendel.
What I love about this race is that it utilises the urban evironment and fuses it with the rural surroundings, and at the same time ensures that the event is a festival for all of the towns-people too…
About MST
Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
