Portugal's XC hopefuls go head-to-head
The Portuguese XC selectors will need to get their thinking caps on come Monday, as those hoping to make the plane to Bydgoszcz, Poland for this year’s World Champs on 28 March go into battle at the Algarve International Almond Blossom Cross Country.
This classic cross country race (now in its 33rd year) doubles as an IAAF Permit event, and is the race chosen to select the Portuguese team this year…
Lisbon, Portugal – Portugal will welcome participants to one of the most well-known winter Cross Country competitions in the world, the Algarve International Almond Blossom Cross Country, held on the Açoteias course which will host the 2010 European Cross Country Championships.
