Andy and Joe Symonds are a pretty classy pair of fell runners, but even they struggled over the weekend during a run out in the Ochils. The scenery looks breathtaking, but a quality run session was probably never really on the cards…

7 miles in 2 hours 15 mins, there is hope for me yet!
