Not off-road running, but we are always attracted to inspirational running stories and thought it appropriate to point you towards this inspiring little interview by Pre’s Mustache of marathon legend Dick Beardsley

    Some interesting stuff there: particularly with regard to how a “softer” approach appeared to mark a downturn in athletic performance in the US… Also a big talking point in UK running circles… how standards (particularly in-depth) have suffered in the last 15/20 years.
