Sneak preview - The North Face® Single-Track
We are privileged indeed. These shoes won’t be in all good outlets until Spring 2010. They aren’t even a production model. The North Face® Single-Track is the outdoor giants’ big foray into trail running for next year…
The press fodder states:
For both male and female endurance runners, the shoe of choice has arrived. New in Spring 2010, the men’s and women’s Single-Track shoe is a lightweight, neutral stride trail shoe for everyday training or racing. A Tenacious Grip high-abrasion sticky rubber outsole provides needed traction for off-road runs, while Snake Plate forefoot protection reduces bruising from sharp sticks and stones.

Cosmetically the shoes look pretty good to us, however you know us at MST, we do proper reviews, no photos and back in the box stuff from us. The shoe won’t be available until the Spring, however out resident mud-man over in Ireland, Rene Borg, will be putting the Single-Track through its paces over the coming weeks and giving us his thoughts in the early Spring…
