Inov-8 get a grip Down Under

Brit off-road shoe co. Inov-8 continue to make greater strides globally as this little story from top ultra-man Martin Fryer proves. As reported earlier this week, Aussie Fryer romped to the win at the big Austrailian mountain marathon that is Deep Space. On his intrepid voyage Fryer wore the ubiquitous X-Talon 212.

Fryer says:

“I took the risk of wearing the Talon 212s for the 44K Mountain Marathon on hard packed trail (plus 12K of road) but the risk was worth it.

“As the grip of the Talons on the long downhill pitches was fantastic and I could really let fly. Plus, the lighweight really helped ‘feel’ and leg turnover on the long uphills. I had several of the leading runners ask me about the shoes and I am sure you will get some more customers as they saw what the Talons can do in action…
