Episode 10 - Kilian's Quest
You know that they say behind every great man is a great women, well it looks like behind Kilian’s Tahoe extravaganza there were several women, and men, and a film crew, and pacers, and masseurs, oh and Tim Twietmeyer….
One of the great aspects of his exploits this summer is the sheer one-mindedness of his team of helpers – there is only one goal. The latest installment of 2009 on his Quest gives us a lighthearted look at how he ticks before, during and after his challenges, and looks at some of the people that make it happen.

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
