Kilian’s amazing feat this week seems to have caught the eye of Runners World – it’s good to see the sport receiving some mainstream coverage. Some superb images are also starting to emerge form the large contingent of media that witnessed his Tahoe Rim Trail effort…

Adam Chase pays some deep compliments to the humble Spaniard too:
“He’s the nicest guy,” says pacer Adam Chase. “He’d never ask for his water bottle, but when you gave it to him, like every 10 minutes for six or seven hours, he’d always say, ‘Thank you.’”
“And he just dances over rocks. He’s so delicate, and he keeps almost the same pace going uphill or down,” says Chase.
