Kilian's Tahoe Journey starts today...
Kilian Jornet has already bagged two amazing ultra-trail records this year, at the GR20 and recently the UTMB title. However, as reported last week the attempt on Tim Twietmeyer’s Tahoe Rim record could be his toughest as he embarks on some of the wildest and most arid terrain.
Salomon ‘insider’ Adam Chase will be one of those lucky guys (the pacers) who will be able to tell the tale in years to come – “Kilian’s Tahoe? Yep, I was there, I was part of that!”. Read Adams pre-race apprehensions about ‘keeping up’ with the Spaniard ultra-king here.
