Frost and Chemweno take 'uphills'...
At the inaugural Commonwealth Mountain Running Championships today Anna Frost and K Wilson Chemweno took the uphill only titles on a dry but overcast day in Keswick. Frost has come into to great form in the last few weeks and won convincingly from England’s Katie Ingram.
In the men’s race multiple world champion Jonathan Wyatt was soundly defeated by Kenyan K Wilson Chemweno who was running only his second ever mountain race!
