Whilst the south of the UK basked in glorious sunshine it seems that the weather at the Sedbergh Hills Race was non too clement yesterday. With results still unavailable it’s good to see that the runners come through with fresh blogs to tell the tales…
None quicker that the man-in-the-North who is all things Scottish Hill Racing, Chris Upson. Chris is no mean runner and is a regular in the Scottish and northern English fell scene, he also finds time for his rather good blog and off-loads his wrong course frustration from yesterday’s race here.
