Jornet just can't stop winning!
Classic Swiss race Sierre-Zinal was no obstacle for Kilian Jornet as the 22 year-old Catalan continued his superb mountain season. The 31km race was apparently a recce for Jornet in 2009!
He will be back in future to seriously challenge Jono Wyatt’s course record on this tough event, now in it’s 37th year.
Anna Pichrtova continued her excellent season with a fourth consecutive win of the women’s event. Running into a terrific 20th position overall, she took a commanding win – by over 6 minutes – from Laurence Yerli-Cattin and Scotland’s Angela Mudge in third.
