Kilian smashes GR20 record
The Salomon Running facebook page states: “Kilian quest in Corsica – 12.59 PM – NEW RECORD !!! Kilian just arrived, new record is now set at 32hours, 54 minutes and 24 seconds !!!! Please send out your congrats to Kilian on our FB page… “
So, a mountain running legend has been born it seems. We all knew that the young Spaniard was special, but feats like this will start to elevate Jornet to another status all together, and as 2009 progresses each month will bring a new challenge that will put him firmly on the road to greatness.

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
