Waiting around for runners to appear can be a long wait, waiting around on a mountain for runners to appear can be an even longer wait, waiting around for fell runners to appear on a mountain, in good or bad weather, takes dedication.

Yet this is what Alastair Tye, Gwynfor James and Pete Douglas do week in week out, in their love of photography and fell running.

Fellrunningpictures.co.uk is a resource that we should all behold. Where else can you get access to some of the best shots in fell running, currently free of charge and royalties. Alastair comes from the same school as we do here at MST, the world is for sharing, credit by all means, and promote your fellow off-roaders, but lets spread the vibe for all to enjoy.

Based mainly on the Wales and Borders fell scene the site is constantly updated with some great shots of runners of all shapes and abilities, and some of the most stunning scenery in the British Isles.

So, do yourself a favour and bookmark the site, stick the kettle on and check in regularly for a slideshow or two – to get away from it all!
