There shouldn't be much of an issue with mud!

Those kindred spirits at Letsrun.com have recce’d the Amman course ahead of tomorrow’s championships. Having had a good look at these photos, the course profile and the weather, all should suit the African contingent. It’s cross-country Jim, but not as we know it.

About MST

Mud, Sweat and Tears was dreamt up some time ago. I had returned to the sport of running (competitively) after around a 15 year layoff due to injury.
