Murray (454) will be big favourite at Callendar Park

Not wanting to be left out of the big UK XC party this weekend, Callendar Park in Falkirk hosts the Scottish National Cross Country Champs on Saturday. It’s hard to see past 2008 senior women’s champion Freya Murray retaining her title

Entries for the 2009 Scottish National Cross Country Championships have risen for the sixth year in succession and have reached their highest level since 1998, with 1833 athletes entered
