Mo' fire from Toby Tanser
Not satisfied with his fantastic Shoe4Africa organisation Toby Tanser has just released a book on the Kenyan way-of-life that is, running.
Reviewing the book this week Runner’s World has praise indeed for Tanser’s latest scribe More Fire: How to Run the Kenyan Way, they state that it “is easily the best book ever written about Kenyan running” – now that is saying something.
Don’t take our word for it, ‘cos we haven’t read it, but even if it isn’t the best ever we think that this is a good enough reason to hot foot it over to Amazon now – you might even get one in time for Christmas!
